Position: Agile / Scrum Coach
An
Agile / Scrum Coach supports teams and leadership in adopting and scaling agile practices. They drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery efficiency across multiple teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and ceremonies
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and workshops
- Support backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning
- Identify and remove team and organisational blockers
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics and feedback
- Support agile transformation initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
