Position: Business Analyst

Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and user needs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions
- Translate business goals into functional requirements
- Support prioritisation and roadmap planning
- Validate solutions against requirements
- Drive process improvement initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in business analysis or similar role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
