- Responding to inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
- Providing friendly, solution-focused customer support
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Meeting and exceeding service performance targets
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to offer informed advice
- Collaborating with your team to hit shared goals
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous phone-based customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
- Confident, well-mannered, and customer-focused
- Technically minded – comfortable providing detailed support
- Organised with strong time management abilities
- Adaptable, quick to learn, and open to change
- Friendly, positive, and a true team player
