We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to clients in the construction hire sector. This is a temp full-time role with immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer enquiries via phone and email
- Respond quickly and professionally to all customer queries
- Direct account-related enquiries to the relevant internal teams in a timely manner
- Assist with Dialpad call overflow as required
- Identify and generate new sales leads
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain accurate customer records using company systems and tools
- Complete reporting and general administration, including asset re-hires and collections
- Work closely with Operations to ensure stock is available when needed
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support smooth service delivery
- Maintain a calm, positive approach
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, call centre or office-based preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems
- Able to multitask, prioritise and stay organised under pressure
- Customer-focused, patient, empathetic and personable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Call / email handling performance
