WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering high-quality projects across NSW.
Our client is a leader in the commercial and industrial construction sector and is looking for someone who thrives on managing end-to-end project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What you will be doing?
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Use Procore to monitor project progress, budgets, and resources in real time.
- Manage subcontractors and directly employed staff to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and consultants to manage variations and costs.
- Prepare reports, O&M manuals, progress claims, and documentation for client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements on all projects.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and drive project outcomes.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
- White Card Essential.
