WOW Recruitment is Seeking a  Medical Logistics Customer Support Rep   to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park to work the early morning shifts.

Macquarie Park – 5 days Onsite
Permanent role: 8 hour shifts - Rotating Roster
Salary: $60 - 67k + Super

You will liaise with customers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure deliveries are executed with precision.

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in medical logistics is ideal!

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound calls for freight updates, inbound calls for inquiries
  • This role will start as a 4am -12 pm but if the business changes, flexible needed to work rotating roaster between 6am - 7pm
  •  Hyper care radioactive shipments, using a GPS Tracker to be across urgent and critcal planning
  • Work closely with drivers, supervisors, and logistics partners to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
  • Monitor and coordinate urgent, time-critical shipments, including medical deliveries.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with drivers, carriers and customers
  • Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience of working as a medical receptionist or in a logistics customer service role would be preferred
  • Flexible with hours, 8 shifts between 4 am/6 am - 12pm with extra shifts
  • Previous customer service experience in an office environment, ideally contact centres
  • Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
