Our approach to CSR is built on three key pillars:

  1. Education Access – We proudly support the Harding Miller Education Foundation, providing life-changing scholarships to high-potential young women from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them reach their full potential.
  2. Food & Nutrition Security – Through our regular Social Impact Days, our team volunteers with Eat Up Australia to help combat food insecurity in schools, and with OzHarvest’s Cooking for a Cause, turning rescued ingredients into nutritious meals for those in need.
  3. Community Engagement – Our people are the heart of our impact. Every team member is encouraged to get involved, with volunteer opportunities and regular team-led initiatives focused on giving back.
