Bromic is a rapidly expanding international business with growing operations in the United States and Australia.
To support its trajectory, Bromic partnered with WOW to secure high-quality talent across key functions, including Customer Experience, Sales, and Commercial Operations. The goal was to build a strong talent pipeline while supporting long-term growth and internal career development.

Challenge
Bromic needed to overcome several challenges as it scaled, including sourcing senior-level talent, establishing Sales teams across regions, and supporting career progression internally.
Additionally, they sought to deepen their understanding of the US talent landscape, enhance employer brand visibility, and improve sourcing through smarter recruitment tools and channels.
SOLUTION
WOW implemented a targeted strategy, placing several impactful hires, including a senior Customer Experience leader in the US.
We launched the Inside Sales function in the US in July 2024,
expanding it to Sydney with strategic placements land new roles in the Plumbing and Gas division. We also supported internal growth with key promotions and active development plans.
To meet demand, we
built a dedicated account team and grew our internal capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Events, Business Services, and CX. We enhanced Bromic’s recruitment efforts, expanded networks in the US, and invested in AI-powered ATS features, LinkedIn Recruiter, and increased advertising to boost talent engagement.
THE RESULT
To date, WOW has made 53 placements across Bromic, spanning Australia and the US. Long-standing hires continue to drive strong retention and impact across Bromic.
The appointment of a senior US CX leader demonstrated our ability to support strategic growth, while the expansion of Sales teams has laid the foundation for scalable sales performance. Internal promotions reflect a thriving culture of development.
