The Role:
As Account Director, you will lead and inspire TSD's Account Management team while overseeing a portfolio of high-value clients. You’ll be the senior strategic voice across key partnerships, ensuring alignment, growth, and high performance. This is a pivotal role that bridges client leadership, team
mentorship, and commercial accountability.

A typical day might involve coaching a team member through a complex challenge, leading a strategic pitch to a new client, reviewing campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape agency direction. You’ll have the autonomy to build systems, evolve service delivery, and champion client success at scale.

Your Day-to-Day:
Leadership & Mentorship  – Lead, mentor, and grow the Account Management team to foster high performance, collaboration, and career growth.

Client Partnership  – Serve as senior point of contact for key client relationships, providing strategic direction, solution design, and growth planning.

Strategic Oversigh t – Guide the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that align with client goals and Three Sixty Digital’s creative vision.

Commercial Ownership  – Manage client budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor profitability across your team’s portfolio.

Process & Quality Control  – Implement and uphold standards for campaign delivery, briefing, reporting, and client communication.

Performance Leadership  – Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and lead quarterly reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.

New Business  – Support proposals, pitches, and onboarding for new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition into long-term partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration  – Work closely with design, content, and paid media leads to ensure campaigns are cohesive, effective, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Experience in a senior level client services role within a marketing agency.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including content, SEO, PPC, paid social and email.
  • A track record of growing B2B accounts, preferably within professional services or recruitment.
  • Proven success managing a team, fostering growth, and leading through change.
Salary
In the range of $110-130k + super

Location
A co-working space in Sydney CBD, with a flexible and remote friendly working arrangement on offer.

You will need to be available for in-person meets with the team throughout the month.
