ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Expand and foster existing client relationships in Sydney.
- Manage an existing and growing portfolio of clients.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies using our customer database to promote growth, leverage advantages, offer promotions, and provide relevant solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management issues.
- Proactively pursue new sales opportunities by promoting our client's diverse range of products.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients or improve performance to achieve company objectives.
ABOUT YOU:
- More than 1 year of prior experience in Account Management or Business Development.
- Current driver's license and own vehicle.
- Proven experience managing clients' accounts.
- A customer-focused approach with experience in small to medium sized companies.
