What you may be doing?
- Making outbound calls to engage with business professionals
- Promoting upcoming events and securing bookings/appointments
- Following a structured call guide while adapting conversations to suit each contact
- Updating CRM systems with accurate call notes and outcomes
- Meeting achievable daily and weekly targets for calls and bookings
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation
- A confident, professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently from home
- Resilience and motivation to achieve KPIs
