Base Salary: $95 – 115k Plus
Commissions/Bonus/Extras: 25% of your base salary in bonus
Working model: Hybrid – 2 - 3 days from home

Key responsibilities:
- Calling financial advisers – Warm leads and outbound calling
- Full sales cycle
- Discover and close
- 10 – 30 calls per day
- Short sales cycle
- B2B sales – Selling life insurance
- Build and grow your panel of clients – 100 – 300
- Have meaningful interactions with them, book meetings via Teams
- Team of 8, Reporting to Sales Manager – Bez
- Insurance experience – 12 months
- Outbound experience
- Genuine sales background
