About the Role
WOW Recruitment is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant (BDC) to join our clients dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue by building strong, long-lasting relationships with wealth-focused financial advisers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, and will play a critical role in growing our clients market share in the financial services sector.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle: from outreach to managing adviser relationships
  • Build and manage a panel of 100–300 financial advisers, with a mix of inbound and outbound sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisers, helping them to navigate our clients products and services
  • Drive adviser commitment and lock in applications
  • Use Salesforce, Power BI, and other internal tools to track performance and manage your sales pipeline
  • Contribute to the high-performance culture of the sales team and maintain a customer-first attitude

What We’re Looking For
  • RG146 Insurance Qualification (can be completed in ~1 week if necessary)
  • Proven experience in insurance sales (preferably in life insurance or similar sectors)
  • Strong desire to succeed in a high-performance sales environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer service ethic
  • Ability to handle both outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Strong negotiating, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-based culture while also excelling individually
  • Motivated and driven by achieving sales targets, with uncapped commission potential
