As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in growing our client's presence across the Queensland region. Your main focus will be cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, driving client acquisition, implementing strategic business objectives, and achieving targets through effective planning and execution.
- $90 - 95k plus super, $18k car allowance + Fuel Card + E Toll + Bonus

🎯 About you:
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Resilient, results-driven, and competitive with a winning attitude.
- Industry experience in HVAC or a related field is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering software is advantageous.
- HVAC trade qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
🔧 The role:
- Achieve sales targets, grow the customer base, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, regularly meeting and reporting on outcomes.
- Identify potential business risks and implement proactive solutions to protect and grow the business.
- Execute company strategies effectively to support long-term goals and overall business success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, provide market feedback, and maintain strong knowledge of competitor products.
- Deliver training and support to distribution partners to drive sales performance and product understanding.
