Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Onboarding: Lead the successful implementation and onboarding of our payment solution for newly signed clients.
- Seamless Transitions: Deeply involve yourself in transitioning new schools' existing parent bases to our system, focusing on maximising new registrations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Account Growth: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase product adoption and expand usage within existing accounts.
- Retention & Engagement: Monitor and track clients' processing volumes and methods, proactively addressing any issues to ensure regular, smooth payment processing.
- Client Support & Training: Provide expert guidance and training to schools on our payment solution, including the launch of new payment methods, enhancements, features, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in implementation and onboarding, client servicing, customer success, or general client services, ideally within the payments or education sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong planning and time management skills .
- Advanced computer and web skills, with high efficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for preparing high-quality presentations and reports.
- Prior sales & account management experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
