🎯 About you:
- Strong sales process and account management skills
- Experience in commercial project delivery and tendering
- Track record of meeting sales budgets, KPIs, and forecasts
- HVAC industry background (residential & commercial preferred)
- Solid understanding of air-conditioning systems and components
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and lead implementation
- Full driver licence (Unrestricted)
🔧 The role:
- Maintain a structured call cycle with assigned accounts
- Grow existing accounts and increase project win rates
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Leverage tender platforms to uncover upcoming projects
- Build strong relationships to access non-listed opportunities
- Hit personal targets aligned with company goals
- Present products and solutions to customers and project teams
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Team on tailored project tenders
