About the Role
Join an Australian events organisation dedicated to educating and empowering. Proudly delivering over 150 in-person and online learning events and conferences each year, this company goes above and beyond to deliver well-researched, timely content.
As their Conference Producer, you’ll own content development, collaborate with leading speakers, and bring impactful, commercially successful events to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll research, create, and deliver events that shape the future of professional development.

- Conducting research to uncover hot topics and industry trends
- Creating compelling conference agendas that address key challenges and opportunities
- Sourcing, securing, and managing high-profile speakers and facilitators
- Writing event brochures and content to drive audience engagement
- Collaborating with marketing and sales to ensure commercial success
- Liaise with the Event Delivery team to ensure smooth delivery and execution
- Briefing internal teams to align everyone on event goals and program details
- Have experience in conference production, or come from a related events role (marketing, sales, commercial, etc.)
- Hold a research-focused degree (politics, social sciences, journalism, communications or similar)
- Are naturally curious, proactive and thrive on turning insights into action
- Are confident building relationships
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Are willing and able to travel for events (generally bi-monthly)
