Our client, a high-growth organisation in the fintech space, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to drive performance, compliance, and process improvement within their onboarding team.
About the Role
In this key leadership position, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Verification Analysts focused on KYC/AML compliance and delivering a seamless merchant onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee onboarding operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Act as the point of escalation for complex onboarding or risk issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate across teams to support exceptional customer outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in team leadership roles
- Strong background in AML/KYC regulations and operational compliance
- Financial services experience (ideal but not essential)
- A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
- Passion for process improvement and delivering against KPIs
