Due to an internal promotion and continued team growth, our client within the Medical Logistics industry is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join their critical services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding team within a vital industry.
  • $65k - $75k per year + Super
  • Permanent Full-time role based in Macquarie Park

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator for an Evening Shift (2 PM – 10 PM, 8-hour shifts/rotating roster).

About the Role:

In this key, fast-paced Logistics and Customer Service role, you will thrive in an environment where problem-solving and team collaboration are paramount. You will be working with a supportive team in a new and vibrant office space, directly contributing to the efficient flow of critical medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time support to couriers through GPS tracking and monitoring.
  • Efficiently handle and manage inbound calls to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Coordinate order bookings and amendments, maintaining clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Coordinators and Allocators by addressing job-related inquiries and facilitating necessary updates.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally, including matters related to pricing, quotations, and service details.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers and customers to promote service excellence.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures by identifying opportunities for refinement and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Previous Call Centre experience, at least 2-3 years.
  • Experience working in the medical or logistics industry is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexible to work weekends if someone is sick + rotating with an on-call window.
