What you will be doing?
- Be the first point of contact through inbound calls and emails or customer enquiries.
- Provide accurate information in a timely and compliant manner.
- Utilising Microsoft Suite and CRM systems to log data entry and communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Accurately record customer information into the database.
- Monitor and manage released, shipped, and order statuses.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers to regularly review forward orders & update delivery schedules.
- Maintain knowledge of product and service policies & pricings.
What do you bring?
- Prior experience in a customer service, account management, or data entry is preferred.
- Prior experience working within the manufacturing/building product industries highly desirable.
- Proficient at utilising Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems.
- Ability to self-organise and multitask.
- Thrives and can effectively communicate in a collaborative work environment.
- Personal and professional verbal and written communication skills.
