WOW Recruitment is looking for a self-organised and tech-savvy individual to join an internationally recognised industrial firm as a Customer Service Specialist.

What you will be doing?
  • Be the first point of contact through inbound calls and emails or customer enquiries.
  • Provide accurate information in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Utilising Microsoft Suite and CRM systems to log data entry and communication with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Accurately record customer information into the database.
  • Monitor and manage released, shipped, and order statuses.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Managers to regularly review forward orders & update delivery schedules.
  • Maintain knowledge of product and service policies & pricings.

What do you bring?
  • Prior experience in a customer service, account management, or data entry is preferred.
  • Prior experience working within the manufacturing/building product industries highly desirable.
  • Proficient at utilising Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems.
  • Ability to self-organise and multitask.
  • Thrives and can effectively communicate in a collaborative work environment.
  • Personal and professional verbal and written communication skills.
