Full-Time | Office-Based | Alexandria Location

Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join the team in their Alexandria office. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role with great perks including regular social events and fortnightly team BBQs!
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll deliver a high level of service and support by handling a wide variety of enquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and mail
- Providing product advice and guiding customers on suitable options
- Processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse
- Assisting walk-in customers in the Alexandria showroom
- Liaising with dealers on returns, credits, and product information
- Generating daily invoices and managing sales order administration
- Following up on open orders and maintaining accurate records
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a call centre environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Comfort navigating systems and managing multiple tasks effectively
