WOW Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a global leader in skylights and roof windows, who have been brightening Australian homes for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their friendly, close-knit team in Alexandria.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Providing expert advice and helping customers choose the right products
- Processing orders and coordinating dispatch with the warehouse team
- Assisting walk-in customers at the showroom
- Liaising with dealers for returns, credits, and product information
- Generating daily invoices and managing sales order administration
- Following up on outstanding orders and maintaining accurate records
What You Bring
- 1–2 years' experience in a customer service, administration, or call centre role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and order processing
