WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administration Officer to join an expanding family-run business based in Sydney’s Inner West.

You will provide vital support to the office and sales manager, ensuring seamless coordination of internal processes and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an office all-rounder with excellent attention to detail and a passion for customer service who is looking to expand their career with a dynamic business with an excellent reputation in the industry.

 
What you'll be doing:
  • Answering incoming calls and managing an email inbox responding to customer queries.
  • Processing, receiving, and tracking sales orders as required.
  • Generating sales quotes accurately and promptly.
  • Data entry of customer information into the internal database.
  • Content creation for social media – Twitter & LinkedIn.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office environment.
  • Assisting with weekly accounts receivables and payments due.
  • General office admin duties; photocopying, scanning, ordering supplies and sundries as required.
  • Providing operational and admin support to the wider team as required.
 
What do you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Excellent people skills and professional demeanour.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with Xero or MYOB.
  • Ability to work with a small team.
  • Team player.
