Our client is a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R). Through their national retail parts division, they supply high-quality HVAC parts to plumbers, sparkies, technicians, and other trade professionals.
They’re now looking for someone with retail hardware or trade counter to join their Adelaide branch in a permanent, full-time role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve tradies over the counter, helping them find the right HVAC spare parts
- Answer phone and email enquiries with confidence and clarity
- Process quotes, invoices and orders using simple systems (training provided)
- Stay across new products and promos to upsell where it makes sense
- Keep the counter area clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Work closely with the warehouse team to make sure orders are ready to go
- Assist with stocktakes and incoming deliveries when needed
- Experience in retail hardware, trade counter sales or spare parts
- Good communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn more about HVAC-R
- Basic computer skills (Oracle or ERP experience is a bonus)
- Forklift licence or willing to get one (we’ll help!)
- A strong work ethic and pride in keeping things running smoothly
- A driver's licence is handy but not essential
