Your Role and Responsibilities
As a senior figure within the agency's production team, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of their most significant projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end production of complex experiential projects.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Driving the continuous improvement of the agency's production processes, enhancing efficiency and quality.
- Mentoring and supporting a talented team of producers and coordinators, fostering their professional development.
We're seeking an individual with a proven track record in experiential production and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences. Ideally, you'll possess:
- Extensive experience in experiential production, particularly with high-profile brands.
- A strong ability to lead projects independently and manage client relationships effectively.
- A proactive approach to process implementation and optimisation within a production environment.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Salary: circa $130,000 + super
Location: Central Sydney, supporting a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Travel: Project-based travel will be required, primarily between Sydney and Melbourne.
