WOW Recruitment is looking for a warm, proactive, and highly organised Customer Service Officer/First Contact Officer to join a fast-paced telehealth business supporting Australians in regional and remote communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led team making a real impact.
What you will be doing?
- Be the first point of contact for new clients – providing a calm, empathetic welcome
- Respond to phone and email enquiries within 24 hours (KPI aligned)
- Gather and complete onboarding information, identifying gaps and following up as needed
- Book initial 15-minute calls with clinicians and send files to the intake team
- Help clients understand the services available and direct them accordingly
- Ensure accurate records and handle all data with discretion
What do you bring?
- Experience in healthcare, allied health, or a phone-based customer service role
- A high level of empathy and the ability to support complex client needs
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in filling in knowledge gaps
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a calm, proactive mindset
- Salesforce experience is a big plus
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Working With Children Check & Police Certificate Essential
