Our client is a purpose-driven financial services company championing Islamic finance in Australia. As demand grows, they’re looking for an ambitious, community-minded leader to take on the role of Head of Growth and Client Engagement.
About the Role
As the Head of Growth and Client Engagement, you will be the face and force behind expanding the reach of Australia’s leading Islamic superannuation offering. This is a client-facing, community-focused role where you’ll build relationships, educate, and empower people to make informed decisions about their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand within the Muslim community — online and in person.
- Attend and speak at community events and expos.
- Build trust-based relationships through education and service, not pressure sales.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to support members through the super sign-up process.
- Use CRM systems to manage your pipeline and client information securely.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop culturally resonant campaigns.
- Stay up to date on community trends and superannuation regulations (training provided).
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience as a Leader within the Financial Services Sector.
- Experience in building and developing client realtionships.
- You have experience in collaborating across multiple teams in the business (Sales, Customer Support and Marketing).
