The Role
Our client, an established family-owned national business within the hire industry (Construction) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hr Administrator/Recruitment Coordiantor to join their team in this newly created role. This is a vital role providing national support for the HR Manager.
This role is ideal for someone with administration experience who is looking to grow their HR career, or someone with recruitment exposure (particularly in blue-collar industries such as construction, transport, or manufacturing) who enjoys variety and ownership.
You Will Be

- Collaborative, reliable, and ready to learn
- Open job cards, complete data entry, and maintain incident registers
- Support internal recruitment: drafting job ads, posting roles, shortlisting applicants
- Coordinate communication with candidates (including scheduling, screening, and sending outcome notifications)
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for drivers, mechanics, and operators
- Collaborate with the team to update and write job descriptions
- Maintain basic HR documentation and assist with onboarding administration
