Hope you are well.
I wanted to check if WOW would be able to assist with recruitment for the following role, which will be based in our Irvine office. Would this fall under Brad and his team?
With projected growth in our US and EU headcount — expected to reach 40 staff by the end of 2025 — we require a dedicated HR resource located in the US office. This position will support both Bromic Heating (https://www.bromic.com/) and Ambro (https://ambrocontrols.com/).
I have attached the job description for reference, and below are some additional notes outlining the ideal candidate profile:
- Ideally, we want someone 30+ with a maturity in communication style and an openness to listen with some level of warmness (but not a push over)
- Experience within a larger, structured organisation to ensure familiarity with systems and corporate HR frameworks
- Also, must have experience in a smaller SME environment — someone resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Industry background is flexible (B2B/B2C, product or service-based) — cultural fit is more important.
- Must be a genuine all-rounder in HR — their SME experience should reflect this versatility
Salary expectation is around USD $90K–$110K. However, we are open to guidance here once out to market.
Finally timing on the role…. We need to engage the person before end of September (or earlier) This role reports to Scott as Chief People Officer. We would like to schedule the second interview in August, once he’s back in the US. The process will begin with a first-round interview with Scott and myself, followed by an assessment.
Appreciate your thoughts on above and as always happy to discuss.
Many Thanks
