In this role you will be responsible for implementation of Braze into the marketing function of the business, acting as ongoing champion of the software internally.
Note - you will need experience using Braze or similar (Marketo, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Iterable etc.).
Your goal will be to help develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across all channels, leveraging data and automation to drive lead generation, nurture relationships, and increase customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture leads, build customer loyalty, and increase engagement.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, and display advertising.
- Segment customer data to personalize marketing messages and deliver targeted campaigns.
- Leverage Braze to design, build, and execute sophisticated automated workflows, including triggered campaigns, lifecycle programs, and personalized journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing automation role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with Braze or similiar (Marketo, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Customer.io or Iterable).
Location:
Northern Beaches office - hybrid - 2 days per week in the office.
Salary:
In the range of $110-130k + super + bonus
