From office operations and tech support to event coordination and experience creation, you’ll keep everything running with creativity and efficiency.

You are detail-orientated, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your responsibilities, live our WOW values, and help ensure our day-to-day operations support a growing team of high-performing consultants.


Office Operations & Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of WOW’s office and meeting spaces
  • Maintain supplies, technology, equipment and office furniture
  • Coordinator building and equipment repairs
  • Answer the phone, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries
  • Keep our spaces organised, well-stocked and aligned with WOW’s brand and culture
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and liaise with external IT when needed
  • Train new team members on office systems and technology
  • Maintain shared calendars and internal room bookings
  • Ensure WHS compliance, including fire warden training and first aid responsibilities
  • Support Director and General Manager with an ad hoc tasks as requested

Experience Coordination
  • Be the go-to person for making WOW a welcoming, energetic, and warm space
  • Organise weekly communal lunches, birthday celebrations, and staff gifts
  • Support internal and external events, including team-building activities
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate room bookings, catering, materials, and tech set-up for in-office meetings and events
  • Collaborate with consultants and guests to ensure every experience in our space is seamless and on-brand
  • Ensure WOW’s culture and brand are reflected across all touchpoints

Business Development & Event Support
  • Coordinate logistics for external meetings, events, and client activations
  • Assist with creating and preparing event materials, name badges, and collateral
  • Manage RSVPs and attendee communications
  • Support database updates and client records in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
  • Help execute internal marketing events and support promotional campaigns
  • Liaise with suppliers and venues as required
  • Ensure events run smoothly, from preparation to pack-down

Systems and Process Improvement   
  • Champion automation and optimisation of our ATS system to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Support with compliance auditing at the direction of the General Manager
  • Support consultants with data hygiene and compliance.
  • Document standard operating procedures across Operations to support scale and business continuity
