WOW Recruitment is seeking a Dynamic Office Manager to Support a NFP Film & Media Organisation in Paddington!

This is a permanent position, starting as Part-time (3 days, moving to full-time end of 2025)

You will be the backbone of their office, supporting senior management and the entire team of 10, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage senior management's schedules, travel, & office events
  • Oversee office equipment, purchasing, invoicing, payments, & legal documents
  • Schedule meetings, prepare board/committee papers, & record minutes
  • Administer the database, reconciliations, reports, & partnership management
  • Ensure office efficiency, manage enquiries, support events, & oversee new staff onboarding
  • Coordinate workshops & manage application submissions
  • Manage legal (non-grant) documents
  • Provide reports and manage key partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proficient in navigating Salesforce confidently
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Desired:

  • Wordpress website experience
  • Experience in a non-profit organisation.
  • Advanced skills in Office 365/Word/Excel, CRM, Xero, and WordPress.
  • Aptitude for learning new online tools and systems.
