Job Description: Outbound Customer Care Specialist (Appointment Setter) **Location:** Fully Remote (Australia-based)
**Employment Type:** Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week | 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday)
**Reports To:** Business Support Lead – Ki Yan

About the Role We’re looking for a professional, engaging, and self-motivated Outbound Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a fully remote, part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys connecting with people.

You'll be responsible for reaching out to warm leads—generated from marketing activity, past interactions, or referrals—with the goal of qualifying interest and booking appointments directly into Calendly for Ki Yan, our Business Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities
  • • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to warm leads (no cold calling)
  • • Have short, friendly conversations to understand interest and potential fit
  • • Book qualified appointments directly into Calendly
  • • Keep accurate records of interactions and call outcomes in our CRM
  • • Represent Kalibrate-Ed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest
  • • Work closely with the internal team to support lead generation activity
What We’re Looking For
  • • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
  • • Experience in appointment setting, outbound customer care, or sales support
  • • Proficiency with tools such as Calendly, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Teams
  • • Self-starter who can manage time and work independently in a remote environment
  • • Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • • Previous experience or interest in the education sector is a bonus
