WOW Recruitment is looking for a Procurement Administration Officer to support our industry-leading transport and Logistics client, starting as a full-time contractor, based in Liverpool, Sydney.
You will provide ongoing support to members of the Procurement team and business for all day-to-day National Purchasing functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research products and prices, providing advice to the Procurement Manager on outcomes.
- Assist with the procurement and purchasing of expensed and capital items, excluding balance sheet stock items.
- Help optimise and control major expenses within the business.
- Manage direct communication with suppliers regarding purchases, price adjustments, returns, shipments, and credit notes.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years administration experience with exposure to procurement/purchasing principles
- Enjoys making mathematical computations quickly and accurately, using relevant software.
- Experience in maintaining financial records & files, organising files and compiling reports.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities & adapting to multiple priorities.
- Well-written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
