WOW Recruitment is seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to join a busy Sydney CBD office for a respected organisation dedicated to supporting those in need. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is looking for an immediate start.
What you will be doing?
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception and waiting area
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as needed
- Support the team with ad-hoc office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
