Our client, a leading provider of Construction Equiment Rentals, is seeking an experienced and proactive Rental Coordinator to join their successful branch in Cairns. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating equipment, scheduling jobs, and ensuring operational efficiency.

- Operational Readiness: Ensure equipment is prepared and compliant for delivery.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside Logistics, Field Service, and Workshop Coordinators to optimize operations.
- Compliance Management: Align operator schedules with award requirements, manage stand-down periods, and track mandatory breaks.
- Customer Support: Engage with customers to ensure scheduling meets their needs while maintaining top-notch service standards.
- Full time, on-site position (7am-5pm operating hours)
- Background in Plant, equipment coordination, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of the local geography
- Strong communication skills - to enhance team and client communication
