This SDR role is designed as a direct springboard into the Enterprise Account Executive team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads through multiple channels, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for the AE team.

- Salary:$85K + Super | OTE $110K

🔧 The role:
- Hunt and win new B2B customers; maintain an active, organised pipeline (CRM).
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, personalised emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on key criteria like budget, need, and timing.
- Book meetings and product demos for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Track activity including calls, emails, meetings set, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with new tech and work toward relevant certifications.
🎯 About you:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR in Tech, IT, or a similar industry
- Self-driven and able to manage your own activity
- A hunter mindset with strong career goals
- Familiar with selling IT services, hardware, or software
- Confident using CRMs, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to qualify leads
- Committed to learning and developing through training and events
