Our client, an established and fast-growing AV integration and digital display company delivering tailored solutions to the hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors. With a consistent pipeline of inbound enquiries and repeat clients, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager from within the AV industry to take ownership of our quoting and sales process.
About You
- Direct experience in the AV industry either in sales, account management or a solutions focused role
- A track record of selling or quoting AV systems, displays, or integration packages
- Strong commercial awareness - including quoting, cost control, and margin protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities without sacrificing accuracy or pace
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quoting and proposal process across AV and display projects
- Convert inbound and referred opportunities into confirmed jobs
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and venue managers
- Work closely with the estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
- Identify margin improvements and cross-sell opportunities within client networks
