Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Building and nurturing key client relationships, becoming a trusted partner for a diverse range of accounts.
- Managing day-to-day client communications from project kick-off to completion, ensuring smooth sailing and happy clients.
- Actively participating in pitches for new business opportunities, helping to secure exciting new projects for the agency.
- Overseeing production efforts, leveraging your expertise to guide a talented team of producers. While you'll be hands-on when needed, your primary focus will be on strategic oversight and ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly.
- Acting as the vital link between clients, internal creative teams, and the production powerhouse, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards a shared vision.
- A solid background within an experiential agency, understanding the unique dynamics of live brand activations.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, with a knack for building rapport and managing expectations effectively.
- Proven production experience, whether as a dedicated producer or in a role that heavily involved overseeing event or activation builds.

Salary:
In the range of $95-110,000 + super
