What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the architect of amazing events, from grand corporate galas and bustling expos to vibrant festivals and lively markets. You'll be taking the reins on both inbound leads – think exciting inquiries that land right in your lap – and flexing your muscles with outbound efforts to discover new opportunities.
Our client's sales cycle is speedy, usually wrapping up in a few weeks, and they've got slick tools like Monday.com and Canva to make proposal writing a breeze. You'll be focused on nurturing leads, building awesome relationships, and ultimately, closing deals.
What You'll Bring:
We're after someone with a real flair for event sales or a solid background in event planning. If you've got experience working with venues or even in a top-tier hire company, that's a huge bonus. They're seeking a go-getter, driven to hit targets (their targets are super reasonable and focused on conversion!), and eager to contribute to a thriving sales environment.
While you won't be managing a team right away, if you've got some leadership experience tucked away, that's fantastic! There’s definitely room to grow into a more senior role.
What's In It For You?
Let's talk perks. You'll be joining a supportive team in a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday.
Base salary sits between $80-85k + super, with a clear chance for progression after six months once you're settled into the business.
Plus, you'll earn 1.5% commission on everything you write, topped off with a quarterly bonus.
