Location/territory: Perth CBD and surroundings
Base Salary: $70 – 80k Plus Super
Commissions/Bonus/Extras: Uncapped – $130k 1 st year, Car allowance $200 per month plus $400 fuel car (Paid on salary)

- Appointments setters book their meetings, they don’t do cold
- 3 – 5 Consultation meetings per day, residential
- Conversion rate 1/3, ½
- Good leads – From door knockers, they also have an Inside sales team
- If they do their own lead gen, a bonus
- 15 meetings per week
- Sales target – $8k in revenue, average 6.6 KLW
- What do you sell in KLW – Best answer 6 – 9 KLW is what Think does
- 5 Reps in WA - It is the highest performing team
- Reporting to Jed – Sales Manager
- CRM – Solar-based
- Willing to work some Saturday mornings due to clients’ availability, some Saturdays only one or two meetings. How often do you want your calendar
- 6 days but not full days, they manage their calendar’s open
- 2 years of technical sales or solar
- Car
- Citizen, but may sponsor – Don’t lead in with that

- 1.5 years would be ok
- Maybe Sponsor, but they would have to be a gun

- Young, hungry, wants to make money, happy to work to make money and Saturdays, ideal from Solar or equivalent
