- $70k - 80k + Super + Uncapped Commissions (OTE: 190k - Top Performers $240k +)

- Technical sales or solar industry experience preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Expand Client Base: Grow the reputation and customer base of our products and services
- Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand their energy needs.
- Site Assessment: Evaluate properties for solar suitability and challenges.
- Hardware Selection: Recommend appropriate solar equipment.
- Design Solutions: Create tailored solar systems considering site limitations.
- Detail Proposals: Provide specifications, pricing, and compliance details.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on solar trends, equipment, and competitors.
What you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; University/college degree in a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years experience in technical sales, solar industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of solar energy, government regulations, and sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, lead teams, and analyze trends.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, digital advertising, and presentations.
- Strong interest in renewable energy.
