As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll act as a vital link between financial advisers, customers, and the underwriting team – ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional, customer-focused service to all stakeholders
- Conducting Tele Interview calls with customers to gather risk-related information
- Completing life insurance applications on behalf of financial advisers
- Managing your own portfolio of adviser relationships
- Visiting advisers to promote the company’s services and proposition
- Ensuring case completion within agreed service levels
- Supporting the Tele Bookings Consultant when required
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, create efficiencies, and enhance service delivery

- An understanding of medical terminology

- A Medical Terminology course or similar (highly regarded)
- 1–2+ years’ experience in life insurance, including knowledge of underwriting, new business, and life products
