WOW Recruitment  is on the hunt for a Territory Manager based in Melbourne CBD. We need a motivated, customer-centric candidate with a strong background in building relationships with clients. You will take ownership of a territory and manage a customer base in Victoria.

🚀  About the role
 
As a Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of a defined region, building strong partnerships with builders, resellers, installers, architects, and specifiers. You'll drive sales performance by executing strategic customer and channel plans, influencing key trade partners, and delivering exceptional in-field execution. This is a high-impact role where your ability to connect, engage, and deliver results will have a direct impact on commercial success.
 
  • $80- $100k plus super, company car and fuel card, plus bonus
  • Melbourne CBD – interstate travel

🎯  About you:

  • 2 plus years of experience in sales or trade-related roles, ideally within construction, building materials, or similar industries
  • Demonstrated success in developing long-term client relationships and securing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong self-motivation and discipline in planning, managing, and executing a territory sales strategy
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly within a designated region

🔧  The role:
 
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts within your territory, including builders, resellers, installers, and specifiers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by adding value in every client interaction.
  • Implement structured sales strategies and customer engagement plans in line with team leadership direction.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through solution-based selling and effective product advocacy.
  • Ensure outstanding showroom presentation, in-store visibility, and point-of-sale material execution to support product positioning.
  • Leverage your commercial acumen to drive sustainable, profitable growth for both the business and its partners.
