The company is looking for a field-based salesperson. For the Melbourne role, there will be two other reps on the team. They're open to two different candidate profiles:
- Someone with direct trade experience .
- A great sales representative who demonstrates strong potential and can learn the trade side.
Regardless of background, there are three non-negotiables for successful candidates:
- Coachability
- Trade experience (this is a strong preference or required for certain roles like Perth)
- Adaptability
The "unicorn" candidate would be someone specifically from the trade industry, who is well-spoken and hungry for success.
Role Logistics & Compensation- The sales cycle for their products is typically 3 months . Initial ramp-up (A1) is expected to take 6-8 weeks .
- The Perth role specifically requires the individual to be centrally located and involves approximately 6 calls per day , with most calls concentrated in the CBD . This role will also involve regional trips .
- Compensation for these roles is in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 base salary , plus a company car and fuel card , and a company bonus ranging from 6% to 10% of earnings.
The interview process is structured as follows:
- First Stage: Interview with Rachel and one other person.
- Second Stage: Interview with Kristy and Swa .
- A specific target date for second stage interviews is Mid-July (around July 14th) .
