The Warranty and Service Administration Officer deliver a responsive, and efficient end-to-end coordination of warranty services. You will oversee the integrated delivery of warranty support for HVAC products across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Service Agents, Contractors and customers to prioritise urgent repairs, particularly in critical environments such as hospitals and aged-care homes.
- Follow up on all submitted warranty claims to ensure the Service Agent has contacted the consumer.
- Ensuring all warranty claims are accurately completed before submission.
- Assisting with monthly reports on open and closed warranty claims ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Fostering and developing working relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely submission of invoices.
About you:
- Extensive experience (2 years +) in warranty processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Expertise in customer service, with a specialized skill set in de-escalation and conflict resolution.
- A background in HVAC or Insurance industry would be ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
