Position: Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive supports the digital marketing team in the execution and daily management of various online campaigns. This entry to mid-level role is crucial for ensuring digital activities are implemented accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall online presence and performance. 


Day to day, a Digital Marketing Executive assists with content scheduling, data entry for campaigns, basic reporting, social media monitoring, and website updates. They are highly organised, eager to learn, and possess a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation and daily management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. 
  • Help schedule and publish content on social media platforms, websites, and email marketing systems. 
  • Monitor social media channels and assist with community engagement. 
  • Support SEO efforts by assisting with keyword research, content optimisation, and link building activities. 
  • Aid in the setup and basic optimisation of paid advertising campaigns. 
  • Compile data for digital marketing reports, tracking key metrics and performance. 
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis and research on digital trends. 
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and marketing databases. 
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., content, design) to ensure digital assets are delivered on time. 
  • Stay updated with industry news and best practices in digital marketing. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an entry-level digital marketing role or internship. 
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools). 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Proactive, curious, and a team player.
