Position: Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online presence, lead generation, and customer acquisition. They oversee all digital channels, ensuring campaigns are optimised for performance and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Day to day, a Digital Marketing Manager leads SEO/SEM initiatives, manages paid advertising campaigns, oversees social media strategy, drives content marketing efforts, and analyses digital performance data. They are highly analytical, data-driven, and proficient in leveraging various digital tools to achieve measurable results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4-6+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior digital role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
