🔧 Your Role:
- Drive growth and success by managing outbound marketing campaigns designed to move customers into higher-tier plans.
- Create exceptional client experiences by leading smooth, effective customer onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic approaches to client base management, directly contributing to maximum portfolio growth.
- Deliver first-class customer service at all times, building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Oversee and nurture a significant portfolio of approximately 500 businesses across Australia.
- Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact for clients, handling all inbound and outbound communications.
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance across all onboarding, growth, and retention initiatives, making data-driven decisions.

💼 About You:
- 2 + years in an Account Management role
- Proven experience in growing existing accounts and retention
- Stakeholder management
- Solution sales experience
- Can do attitude, results-driven and fantastic communication skills
