WOW Recruitment is looking for an Administration Assistant to join a busy healthcare-focused program supporting patients and their families.
Step into a hands-on, varied administrative role where you’ll coordinate events, manage bookings, support workshops, and ensure smooth operations across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the team
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, conferences, and events, including venues, catering, accommodation, and travel
- Manage bookings and track attendance for staff and participants
- Support planning and delivery of key events and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and correspondence
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience managing bookings and coordinating events
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a busy environment
- Experience in healthcare, education, or service-based sectors highly desirable
- Work in a supportive, mission-driven team making a real impact
- Hybrid work environment – 2 days in office, 3 from home
